How long does it take for baskets to be made?

  • It usually takes approximately 2-3 business days. 

    How long does it takes to ship?

    • Shipping time frame is 3-5 business days please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to be available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your address carefully before purchasing. 

    Can I get a refund?

    • There are absolutely no refunds. 

    Can I add items to my basket?

    • Yes, you can add items to your basket, some items will cost $5-10 or more depending on what you are wanting to add to your basket.

    Can I customize my basket with my own ideas?

    • Yes, you can come up with your own ideas to make your customized basket to be unique to your liking.

    Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?

    • Yes, If you live in Montgomery, Prattville, or Wetumpka and you would like to meet to pick your basket instead of shipping please let me know and I can accommodate you, but there will be a small delivering fee of $10 with no tax included on your order.
